日目标量：每个班组一天的生产总量。根据计划人工设定的生产总量，最高可设定为9999（件或套）
现目标量：根据工作时间自动累加所得出的数量。
实际产量：工人实际完成的数量。由班组指定人员操作。
操作说明：（键盘功能参考第2页键盘功能图）
按“设置”键这时第一行的第一个数码管在闪烁，按“+”或“-”键来变换数字，再按向“右”移动键转换到第二个数码管在闪烁，再按“+”或“-”键来变换数字，依次到第四个数码管设置完毕，再按“设置”键，这时第二行的第一个数码管在闪烁，按“+”或“-”来变换数字，再按向“右”移动键转换到第二个数码管在闪烁，再按“+”或“-”键来变换数字，依次到第四个数码管设置完毕（此设置为工作时间设定，以秒为单位），再按设置键，这时时间一栏的第一个数码管在闪烁，按“+”或“-”键来变换数字，再按向“右”移动键转换到第二个数码管设置完毕，安按“设置”键，这时显示器就会开始自动运行，时钟设定为永久性，不会因为关机而改变。在正常运行时按“*”键（清除键）这时显示器上的第二栏和第三栏的显示全为零，如果你不改变日目标量和工作时间，显示器就会按照以前的程序继续工作。在设置过程中的任何位置清除键可立即退出设置，若在设置状态下，一分钟内无操作则自动退出设置。若长按“+”或“-”键则实际产量一栏就会连续“+”或“-”，直到松开为止。如果中间休息可按“暂停”键，这时显示器就不会工作，再按“暂停”键就恢复了正常工作。
